Moving forward with our new spam filtering system we have been tagging, but allowing all spam to still come into your inbox. Our next step is to remove those unwanted emails and provide our users with the ability to mark spam as good and allow it into their inbox, or to delete it outright.
What does this mean to you? Well, it means that the days of checking your email and finding a random smattering of [SPAM?] emails is now gone. This means that if something was labeled as spam that shouldn't have been, will give you a direct link to whitelist it on our system and ensure delivery of that provider. We will also be updating the links in cPanel and our client portal to allow you access to the new spam portal. To access it directly today, head over to https://spamtitan.digitimber.com and log in with your email address and password to access your account.
We have stated migrating over smaller groups to the new quarantine system with resounding success and excellent feedback. As of November 1st all hosted domains will be moved over to the new quarantine system and will longer be forwarding any tagged [SPAM?] email to your inbox.
