Due to how our payment gateway handles subscriptions, none of our previous payment subscriptions are being linked to our customer accounts with the new site and other changes that have been made. Over the next few days, we will be removing all payment subscriptions from our payment gateway.

What does this mean to you?

You will receive an email detailing that your subscription has been canceled - this is not your hosting subscription, but rather your payment subscription. You will continue to receive invoices as usual, but you will need to re-signup for auto payment (or pay them singularly) on your next invoice. For some of you, your next invoice won't be until next year.

Please note, if you are unable to re-subscribe or pay the invoice before its due date, you may be assessed a late fee and hosting may be suspended. We attempt to provide as many reminders as possible before the due date to ensure this doesn't happen. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at support@digitimber.com.
